Once I have received your interest form, I will contact you to set up an online video consultation.

This is our opportunity to get to know each other. I will ask about your exercise experience and what your goals are.

When you are on board, we then get you set up on the App, we use the ' My PT Hub' App

​

​Here you will get your individualised programme, calorie count and set habits.

​

We will also help you with your food tracking by adviseing you on your macro consumption.

We begin by sending you a personalised 12 week exercise/gym programme through the app.

​

Throughout the 12 weeks we can continually modify the programme to suit your preferences and progressions.

We continually check-in to make sure that you are happy with your plan through emails and messages on the app

​

You will also have the opportunity to schedule online video check-ins where we can discuss your development in length.
