Starting your journey with The Garnock Physio | Personal Training is simple and tailored to you.

 

Firstly, fill out the form below and follow the guidance given. Once we have received your form we will contact you to set up an online consultation via zoom.

 

The initial online consultation allows us to understand your goals, assess your current fitness or recovery needs, and start to create a personalised plan to achieve both your physical and nutritional goals.

 

We create you a 12 week personalise exercise programme (this can be home based or gym based, depending on your preferences) and give you nutritional advice to complement your efforts and maximise your results.

 

You should expect regular check-ins via email or message and the ability to schedule progress reviews where we can change up the programme based on your increasing confidence and physical development.
