Cancellation Policy

At The Garnock Physio we value your commitment to your health and fitness journey. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to all monthly subscription plans:

Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your online account or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription services until the billing period concludes.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services within a billing cycle.

  • If a refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable as per Stripe’s policies.

Renewals and Billings

  • All subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure cancellations are submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • We ask that you give as much notice as possible before your cancellation (one month).

Payment Dispute

  • If you have concerns about a payment or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

  • To avoid unnecessary delays or complications, we recommend addressing concerns with us before pursuing a dispute through your payment provider.
